I am an experienced researcher in Biological sciences in Tequila, Mezcal, agave ferments; Professor for 20 years in High Education, Awarded in agave plant conservation studies. With studies in Medical research (ULB) and distillation traditional knowledge as Post Doctoral Researcher in University of Charite Berlin GE. Currently as consultant in Low Carbon Technologies for water and residues waste. Passionated of Biology Education by arts and movement I had created workshops for teachers and students about proteins and tissues. I write the first book in Tequila history about Blue agave (tequila plant) blue agave agriculture, then a world leader in an environment dominated by male. Working with farmers, industrials and high education in my country and later in International research networks I have a plasticity mind for adaptation in different sciences, disciplines and multicultural environments.
