I offer business mentoring services for art, culture, creative and, generally any business that wants to rethink its strategy and organization to catch up with our volatile and uncertain environment.

I help companies develop successful and professionally led organisations by expanding their vision and giving them the right business support in order to be better equipped to build a strong and sustainable future.

My ambition is to question the status quo to bring fresh perspectives and, by doing so, move people and their companies forward.

I have been mentoring and advising startups, entrepreneurs and small businesses for over 20 years. I have also been an entrepreneur, a CFO, a board member. Therefore, my business acumen can bring important elements to the table.

My multi-layered background has fed my original approach. I apply techniques from the entrepreneurship (Empathy Map, Value Proposition Design and Business Model Generation canvases,…), business, life coaching and creative realms (trained facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® method and materials). My approach is based on trends watching for the companies that I mentor, with the aim to enlarge their vision on strategic challenges.

Although I love the Big Picture, I have a hands-on approach, bridging strategy and operations.

My coaching skills are also an important asset when it comes to working in teams and with individuals.
I am flexible, curious, tenacious and easy to get along. Having spent 8 years abroad (Middle East and Australia), I am adaptable and am used to deal with different cultural backgrounds.
